 Alielle |
Alielle is the lesbian concubine of Princess Fatora who has eyes for "Sister Shayla", Nanami, and anything else female that moves. She joins the royal envoy to Mt. Muldoon and actually saves the party from death in the Crystal Caves(sorta). In the 2nd OAV Alielle aids Fatora in her plans to seduce the various female cast members and exhibits the ability to fly Rostarian ships. Alielle is the older sister of Parnoose./1-1 Alielle is an Ani-Mayhem promo character card. |
Alielle's lesbian tendancies are hinted at in this series as well, but even without Fatora in the series, her free-roaming love of women has been toned down. She joins the party as a travelling guide to the lands of El-Hazard. Alielle has been ordered by Dr. Schtalubaugh to observe Makoto's supernatural powers and report back to him what she discovers. Alielle is actually an ingenious sociologist(sorta) and ends up teaching Mr. Fujisawa. Alielle can fly the Rostarian ships./4 "I'd like a body like her's for myself." |
 Ura, the Armor Cat |
Ura is Fatora's armor cat. Ura saves Makoto's life 5 times in the 1st and 2nd OAV: 1-Saves him from falling off cliff. 2-Saves him from being stabbed by Kiriya. 3-Saves him from dying on impact after floor collapses. 4-Takes point-blank blast from Power Key Staff. 5-Yet another Power Key Staff blast./1-2 Ura is an equipment card in Ani-Mayhem Set 0. "Hey Makoto, bones OK?" |
Ura appears in the TV series as well. Ura protects Makoto from a jungle beast, saves him when he jumps from a dessert skimmer, claws up a bugrom to protect Rune, can turn into a parachute, extend its tail in length, and coil up like a snake./10 |
 Fatora |
Princess Fatora is the rude and inconsiderate co-ruler of Rostaria. She dominates Alielle and calls Ura a "worthless animal". After her return to Rostaria she tries various schemes to kiss Shayla-Shayla and Nanami, and succeeds in becoming Shayla's first kiss./1-5 | no appearance |
 Rune Venus (TV) |
Princess Rune Venus is the ruler of Rostaria. She is engaged to Gallus, but is marrying out of royal duty, not love. When working with her sister Fatora, she can control the Eye of God./1-1 Rune Venus (OAV) |
In The Wanderers, we meet a younger, spunkier Rune. She is obligated to stay near Floristica because she is the princess. She is a prisoner in her own castle, and dreams of wandering afar. Rune likes to talk to a hand puppet of a dragon which was a gift from her deceased father. At first, she cannot decide whether or not to trust the Earthlings, but then she sees that even the shy Shanoir likes Makoto. She eventually falls in love with Makoto herself. In episode 18, she is kidnapped, but eventually escapes back to Rostaria./2 "It is a most holy gift." |

In the TV series Londs is distrustful of Makoto and Fujisawa at first. He believes the may be spies./2 |
 Dr. Schtalubaugh |
Dean of the Royal Academy and Advisor to the Royal House, Dr. Schtalubaugh is distrustful of Gallus./1-1 Dr. Schtalubaugh(Royal Librarian) is a flash effect in Ani-Mayhem Set 0. "Its dean, not principal." |
In the TV series, Dr. Schtalubaugh has a drinking problem that rivals Fujisawa's. The two of them get tanked together in the palace dungeon./2 "And the schoolgirls!" |
